Olareo provides shipping services to locations across India.
Shipping Methods
We ship through reputed courier companies, including Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees, and others, to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2-5 working days
- Rest of India: 4-7 working days
Order Processing
If the product is in stock, we dispatch it within 48 hours of your order. If a product is not in stock, we will inform you by email about its availability within 2-3 days.
Delayed Deliveries
In the event that a delay is caused by the courier company or India Post, please note that it is beyond our control.
Product Condition and Returns
- For defective, damaged, or broken products, please contact us within 4 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund.
- For products that are not working, contact us with testing proof received from us to initiate a return or refund. No claims will be entertained without testing proof.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and quantity of the product and are automatically added during the purchase process.
Tracking Orders
Customers can track their orders through our logistics aggregator service.
Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery, a second attempt can be made after assessing the delivery failure.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- You have the option to cancel your order within two hours of purchase.
- Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations will be entertained beyond the specified timeframe.
- To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@olareo.com or call us at 9380728574 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
- If your cancellation request is accepted, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
At Olareo, we strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- For products that are not working, contact us with testing proof of the product received from us to initiate a return or refund request. No claims will be entertained without testing proof.
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 4 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund request.
- In the case of a return, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement.
- Shipping charges will be refunded for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Uncollected Orders
- If you have prepaid for an order and do not accept, receive, or collect the courier or return it, we will deduct shipping charges and return charges from the prepaid amount. The remaining amount will be refunded after evaluating the issue.
Refusing Damaged Packages
If you receive a product in a damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and contact our team at support@olareo.com or call us at 9380728574 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM). We will arrange for the reverse pickup of the damaged product and issue a brand new replacement at no additional cost. Ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.
Order Cancellation by Olareo
- In the event that we cancel an order for any reason, we will refund the full amount back to your account or card within 10 working days.
Special Circumstances
- We do not process refunds or cancellations for orders during holidays or special circumstances.
